MAIS CONCERT BAND CLINIC
The clinic was one of the largest ever, with 110 student musicians from independent schools around the state. JA alumna Tracy Carter conducted the second band.
Thank you to the students for their exemplary behavior throughout the clinic. Thanks also to Cindy Jordan for helping to transport students to Hinds on Thursday.
WINTER GUARD - SCHEDULE UPDATE
The full Winter Guard schedule has been posted to the JA Band Calendar, linked from the menu bar above, and detailed below. A few changes have been made because of gym and other conflicts, so guard members and parents should update their calendars.

BAND BOOSTERS
Thank you to all JA Band families for their hard work and cooperation working the concession stand at the basketball tournament on Saturday.
There will be a JA BAND BOOSTER MEETING on Monday, January 21, at 6:30 pm in the band hall. Please mark your calendars so that all band families can be represented at this important meeting.
