HORNS & PERCUSSION - 6:00 for warmup and equipment movement
FULL BAND - 6:30 - 8:00 in the Activities Building
PARENT MAT CREW - 7:45 in the Activities Building - Please come to rehearse moving the mat and boxes before the upcoming games and competitions

3:00 - Load trucks, bring uniforms to change after dinner - BE SURE TO HAVE ALL UNIFORM PARTS
PREGAME DINNER FRIDAY
Thank you to Charlette Oswalt for organizing dinner for the band members before the game at Hillcrest Christian School. Here are the details:
WHERE: Mama Kio's, 114 Holiday Ln., Byram MS 39272
Directions:
I-55 South to Exit 85 toward Byram
Turn Left onto Siwell Rd.
Turn Left onto I-55 N Frontage Rd.
Take the First Right onto Airstream Dr.
Turn Left onto Holiday Ln.
WHAT: Dinner for JA Band members. They will be preordering their meals this week, to expedite service. Family members who join the group will need to allow time for their order to be prepared.
WHEN: 5:00 - Carpools will depart from JA at 4:15, to allow for evening traffic.
PLEASE CONTACT TERRI FISHER (tfisher@jacksonacademy.org) IF YOU CAN HELP WITH CARPOOLING, OR IF YOU NEED HELP WITH TRANSPORTATION FOR YOUR STUDENT, EITHER FRIDAY NIGHT OR TO CLINTON ON SATURDAY.
6:00 - Unload at Hillcrest Christian School - Look for the trucks near the south end zone
7:00 - Kickoff
HALFTIME - Show Performance
Third Quarter - Break
Post Game - Students dismissed from near equipment trucks. Be sure to check with Mr. or Mrs. Carter before departing with your student.
SATURDAY - CLINTON ARROW INVITATIONAL
10:00 - Rehearsal at JA
12:00 - Lunch provided by JA Band Boosters and Jamie Niemeyer
1:30 - Carpools depart from JA
2:00 - Report time at Clinton - Watch for an email with dropoff details this week
3:30 - Warmup
4:30 - Performance
6:00 - Awards
