WINTER GUARD
Congratulations to the JA Winter Guard for their FIRST PLACE finish at the Brandon HS MIA show on Saturday, in competition with groups from Clinton, Brandon, Northwest Rankin, and Warren Central High Schools.
Best of luck to the guard as they travel to Pensacola, FL next weekend for the WGI Regional Championship.Guard and equipment crew members will be excused from school Friday, and they will be back at JA by 6:00 on Sunday.
JA BAND BOOSTERS
Thank you to the students and parents who helped this week with the Valentines flower sale. The event was a success and will be held again next year.
Thank you also to those who have volunteered to help work the concession stand at the MAIS Basketball tournament on Friday. In spite of the absence of many of our families who will be traveling to Pensacola, there are only two open slots remaining, from 8:00 to 10:00 pm.
